We are a results-proven skin clinic. We don't believe in shortcuts or one-off treatments around here! Client safety is top priority. That's why Skincare Consultations are required when beginning treatment with us.
During this first session, you receive a comprehensive analysis of the skin. From there, we create a client profile that follows you along each milestone of your progress. We will create a home care regimen designed to address each of your concerns to get you feeling radiant AF.
After your initial consult, we recommend a treatment plan to help you achieve your skin goals with one of our professional skincare specialists.
Book a standalone consult to get a acquainted with us and our products. Or, book the Consult + First Treatment to knock out your consult and receive treatment the very same-day.
This consult is meant to guide you toward establishing healthy skin habits; and to offer you the tools to manage your unique skin conditions. We're all about results here, and although it is recommended, you are not obligated to buy products or book subsequent sessions after your initial consultation.
If you'd like to book advanced treatments with us (think: chemical peels, microchanneling, or treatment plans) it is required to be on supportive homecare to insure your investment. To render results quickly and predictably, you must be on supportive homecare products that we can help manage over time.
Our goal is to achieve your healthiest skin, after all. Since you will be investing in professional treatments with us, we know you will find our clinical-grade skincare recommendations to be a valuable addition to your daily routine. Come prepared to your consultation with any questions you may have.
It's important to remember: the conditions you've been dealing with have likely been present for years. Overnight glow-ups don't exist - as much as we'd love for them to! It will take incremental monthly improvement as we restore your skin back to a healthy balance and optimal functioning. In-Clinic Treatments and utilizing our recommended products is a must if you desire real change in the skin. Our ideal revision timeline is 6 to 12 months - then we work to maintain the health of the skin we achieve.

Come with a CLEAN face. Yes, a freeeeshly cleansed face. This will help us really get a good look at what conditions you're dealing with at your consult to utilize our time to the fullest.
Fill out your New Client Intake Form, linked in your confirmation email. Snap a picture of alllll the products you use on your skin so we know what may be affecting your skin!
Be open to recommendations. After all, we are the professionals!
Last Minute Cancellations hinder us from best serving other clients and really impact us as a small business.
Glitter and Moss has a firm 36-hour cancellation policy. In the event of a cancellation within the 36-hour window, your card on file will be charged 50% of the total service price. If your card on file does not process, you will receive an invoice via email. This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments. If a client on the waitlist can fill your spot with proper notice, we will gladly waive this fee!

The calendar can get pretty tight at G&M. If you can't find an opening on the days you're available, submit your availability information to our waitlist!
If openings pop up, our system automatically books you - given your availability upon submission. Keep in mind that openings typically come up last-minute. Keep an eye out for email and text notifications letting you know you've been booked! Be sure to cancel your appointment if you can't make it in to see us. Cancellation fees still apply if the appt is booked more than 24 hours ahead.
